The J line gets a ten and with it the popular Cold Brews. JURA is launching the J10, which offers no less than 42 hot and cold speciality coffees. This superb variety of beverages is possible thanks to the Sweet Foam function and the Cold Extraction Process. With the J10, the company is responding to the increasing popularity of Cold Brew and, as usual, demonstrating its driving force for innovation.

Variety, elegance and style – the J10 combines them all to create an overall work of art. The automatic speciality coffee machine can prepare all coffee classics, with the option of subtly sweetened milk foam, and even offers Cold Brew as an additional programme item.

The J10 is characterised by state-of-the-art technologies. The P.A.G.2+ grinder guarantees consistently high performance and offers the advantage that the consistency of grind can be adjusted even when the grinder is not in use. After each preparation, the P.A.G.2+ returns to its relaxed starting position. This technology ensures the right consistency of grind from the very first cup and also has a positive effect on the service life of the grinder. The Coffee Eye cup sensor, the intuitive operating concept and the one-touch milk system cleaning are further highlights offered by this automatic speciality coffee machine.

Cold Brew

During the Cold Extraction Process, cold water flows through the freshly ground coffee, pulsed at a low frequency under high pressure in line with the espresso method. This allows the typical fruity flavours of Cold Brew, which is quickly becoming popular among coffee drinkers, to unfold.
